Erie Canal:
Scholars, staff, and parents went on a field trip to the Lock 20 State Canal Park to clean up the park and trails as part of the Erie Canal Clean Sweep event in honor of earth day. 6th grade went on 4/20 and 7th grade went on 4/21. Scholars played in the park and had a snack after their hard work.

Spring Clean up:
A volunteer group of 6th and 7th grade scholars dedicated their time on Saturday, 4/23 to rake and clean 3 yards of elderly and disabled citizens who are unable to do so themselves. This event is created through the joint efforts of Oneida County Youth Bureau and the Office of the Aging. After the scholars' hard work, we went to Dunkin Donuts and McDonalds for a treat.
