UAS ES Take on a Special Workshop
Saturday, February 22nd, 2025: At Utica Academy of Science Elementary, learning goes beyond textbooks! Our students recently participated in a special workshop designed to help them prepare for state testing, strengthen their academic skills, and foster social connections. Students built confidence in their abilities through engaging activities and collaborative learning while forming meaningful friendships!
Interactive workshops like these provide students with essential skills beyond academics. Hands-on learning helps reinforce key concepts by making lessons engaging, memorable, and practical. At the same time, bonding activities encourage teamwork, communication, and problem-solving, which are all vital for success in school and beyond. When students work together, they build a strong sense of community and support one another, creating a positive and motivating learning environment.
To celebrate their hard work and dedication, students enjoyed a well-deserved pizza party with classmates from different grades, further strengthening the sense of camaraderie within our school!
