Tuesday, November 5, 2019—There will be no school on Tuesday, November 5th for Election Day. Classes will resume on Wednesday, November 6th. Staff is still required to report. Enjoy the day off, Atoms!

Friday, October 25, 2019—For the students who missed Picture Day, please see the Picture Retake dates below for each of the buildings.

• Elementary School: Friday, October 25, 2019
• Middle School: Friday, November 8, 2019
• High School: Friday, October 25, 2019

Picture Retake Day will take place during school hours.

Thursday, October 31, 2019—Elementary School Atoms, a wicked awesome event is headed your way! Students can dress up as their favorite literary character on Thursday, October 31^st. There will be a parade at 2:00 PM for students to show their creative costumes. Families are welcome to celebrate and enjoy the festivities. Atoms can arrive to school in their costumes and wear throughout the day.

Please note, students are not permitted to wear masks, face paint that covers their whole face, or bring weaponry.

Wednesday, October 23, 2019—Utica Academy of Science Elementary School will be hosting its first Parent Teacher Association (PTA) meeting on Wednesday, October 23^rd from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM. If you have expressed interest in forming a Family and School Alliance (FSA) to support the needs of Utica Academy of Science Elementary School families, students and school staff, please join us, as well, on October 23^rd. We look forward to working together throughout the school year to help make Utica Academy of Science Elementary School the best school for your student.
