Monday, June 17th, 2024: Attention Utica Academy of Science Parents and Guardians: Due to the forecasted high temperatures this week, we will be shortening the days for students to ensure their safety and required comfort. 

On Tuesday, June 18th, and Thursday, June 20th, grades K-5 will be dismissed at 12 PM, grades 6-8 will be dismissed at 11 AM, and high school grades 9-12 will follow the regents schedule we previously shared. Regents will take place in air-conditioned spaces.

Friday, June 21st, will be a regular school day, as temperatures are expected to return to normal. We will let you know if there are any changes.

Friday, June 28th, 2024: Attention Utica Academy of Science families: The 2024-25 District Wide Safety Plan public hearing is scheduled for Friday, June 28th, at 10 a.m. at the SANY conference center. Safety is our top priority, and we invite all parents, students, and staff to attend this important event. Friday, March 22nd, 2024: Utica Academy of Science Elementary will hold an American Rescue Plan Fund Consultation meeting on Tuesday, March 26th, at 2:45 in the school library. The short meeting will outline how the American Rescue Funds are allocated in our school. Parents and stakeholders are encouraged to attend!

Friday, February 16th, 2024: Attention Utica Academy of Science families: the school will be closed for President's Day on Monday, February 19th, and mid-winter break Monday through Friday, February 23rd. We look forward to welcoming students back on Monday, February 26th.
