Wednesday, April 15, 2020—The Varsity Volleyball team qualified for the NYSPHSAA Scholar-Athlete Team award. The following scholar/athletes had a minimum 90 average after the second marking period and helped them attain this honor. Congrats goes out to our coach Mr. Rodegher and these student-athletes!

Tuesday, April 14, 2020—How do you talk to little ones about germs, COVID-19, and the importance of washing our hands? First-grade #UASCS teacher, Ms. DeAngelis, assigned an at-home science experiment aimed at demonstrating how soap can help repel germs. Thursday, April 2, 2020—Pajama Party! ? #UASCS Elementary Scholars participated in a Zoom PJ Party. Our young scholars were accompanied by their favorite stuffed animal, and some even brought their pet along! Atoms enjoyed story time, and engaging with their community. Friday, April 3, 2020—Zoom Meetings, Lego Masterpieces, Science Experiments... we miss our scholars in the classroom, but we are so proud of their hard work in keeping up with their education while at home. So really, that's a big shout-out to all the parents out there making sure your students are staying engaged.
